## Description

Interim Civica APP Flare Support\. Commissioning activities have commenced to procure systems that better fit the requirements of Neighbourhood Services Directorate\. In the meantime Luton has a risk preventative need to be supported by the existing supplier whilst the sourcing, implementation and onboarding activities are underway\.
