Award to Faithorn Farrell Timms for the provision of Disrepair surveying. Where residents raise a disrepair case (through legal channels) the council must ensure is undertakes surveys to ensure evidence of the councils position for court proceedings but also to confirm the root cause of any issues to enable works to be undertaken to address the issues reported.
