Description
The objective of this task is to complete a full, thorough and strategic broad review of the current Operation Tramline initiative and provide fully costed recommendations on the future model (where identified). The full review of the current operating model will include: - Baseline performance - what is the "As Is" position? - Interviews & feedback sessions with participating and non-participating police forces, National Highways' users and other relevant stakeholders. - Review of all data collected since the inception of the initiative. - Review and analysis of any relevant MoUs (memorandum of understanding). - Review and considerations of the known challenges and any other challenges that may come about during the review. - Consideration of any dependencies and constraints. - Consolidation of all findings in a report that is easily accessible by the Client. - A full set of fully costed recommendations including estimated calculations for KSI savings. The successful supplier will need to have an exceptional understanding of the police working practices and processes. Can demonstrate strong existing network of across police stakeholders and prior strong experience of working with this group. Must be able to deliver the study by March 2025.
