GP Primary Data

Description

NEL Commissioning Support Unit (NEL) requires a supplier provide the service of receiving GP Primary data for 5 South West London CCGs. This will feed into risk stratification platform for South West London CCGs for Patient level data for primary care that covers all necessary data headings with column and data types needed in risk stratification.
