The Supplier shall provide the following Services to the Customer: Review of economic issues related to the WACC in the Competition and Markets Authority \(CMA's\) provisional findings report on Ofwat's 2019 Price Review in response to 4 water companies' appeal, specifically: The market and regulatory context for 'aiming up' in relation to water in the UK versus other sectors in the UK and elsewhere\. Identifying the motives and overall approach including planning versus incentives, the goals and potential role and costs and benefits of aiming up versus alternatives\.
