Provision of Tenancy Management for Supported Housing for Adults with a Learning Disability and/or Autism with Complex Behaviour

The intention of this contract is to provide Tenancy Management for the SHALD project. The scope will include: • Support to mobilise the operational service model. • Tenancy management • Customer Care • Rent, Service and Ancillary Charges Collection and Arrears Recovery (any actual rental loss will be borne by the Council). • Lettings and Terminations • Periodic Fixed term tenancy reviews • Reporting, Monitoring and Tenant Engagement/Consultation Requirements • ICT Requirements • Service and any ancillary charge setting (assistance and expertise in helping the Council setting up initial charges and part or full furnished tenancies would be required)
