The Provision of an Access Control Maintenance Service - AWARD

Description

Canterbury Christ Church University are looking to appoint a single supplier to provide an X-Plan access control maintenance service. The successful supplier will be required to provide as a minimum: o Annual Servicing and Inspection on all X-Plan electronically operated access control doors and their associated mechanisms located throughout the University. o Carry out General Maintenance. o Provide a call out service to cover emergency breakdowns for the next working day. o To provide the supply of new and replacement parts as and when required. o Provide Training in conjunction with ACS for our in-house maintenance team to be first line response to emergencies.
