Description
This report presents the outcome of the procurement process for the Flexible Pilot Voting - Exit Polling Research project and seeks approval to award the contract to BMG Research. The purpose of this procurement was to appoint a research agency to conduct polling station exit interviews across selected pilot areas to evaluate flexible voting arrangements being trialled at the May 2026 local elections. Following a compliant procurement process via the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6126 Research & Insights Framework, it is recommended that the contract is awarded to BMG Research. The total contract value is £51,600 (Ex VAT)
