## Description

This report presents the outcome of the procurement process for the Flexible Pilot Voting - Exit Polling Research project and seeks approval to award the contract to BMG Research\. The purpose of this procurement was to appoint a research agency to conduct polling station exit interviews across selected pilot areas to evaluate flexible voting arrangements being trialled at the May 2026 local elections\. Following a compliant procurement process via the Crown Commercial Service \(CCS\) RM6126 Research & Insights Framework, it is recommended that the contract is awarded to BMG Research\. The total contract value is £51,600 \(Ex VAT\)
