## Description

Sefton Council is looking to commission a GP Sexual Health Champion to act as a Champion for Sefton Integrated Sexual Health Services and provide support, clinical advice, and guidance for public health in relation to sexual health services delivered within primary care\. Contract term: 3 years with two 12-month extension options This is a fixed price contract\. It is expected that this contract will require 1\.5 sessions per month which equates to 6 hours per month\. The sessional rate is based on the agreed ICB rate of £320 per session \(4hrs\)\. Total monthly fee equals £480\. The annual value for this contract is £5,760\.
