## Description

London Borough of Sutton \(the Council\) in partnership with Historic England is undertaking improvement works in the Sutton High Street Crossroads Conservation Area\. As part of this initiative the Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the restoration of the Cockerel Sign located at Carshalton Road, Cheam Road and High Street crossroads\. The works will comprise the repair of the existing structure and the reinstatement of original features\.
