GBC - Fixed Term Contract for Soffit/ Fascia/ Gutter and Downpipe Replacement ITT

Guildford Borough Council are looking to appoint a contract for the Removal and reinstatement of Soffits, Fascia's, Gutters and Downpipes to blocks of flats at Horn Hatch, Horn hatch Close, Park Barn Drive and Rye Close all located within the Guildford Borough. The blocks are two storey blocks and the fascia's are at second floor level, but there is also work to lower porches. As part of the work, some work may be required to the roofs locally.
