Description

Central Bedfordshire Council has appointed a provider to provide the following works. Property 1 The project is to carry out a refurbishment of the property to bring it up to a Safe home's standard. The overall programme time including procurement is estimated at 20 weeks. The works briefly comprise of asbestos removals (potentially), possibly rewire the property, various internal refurbishment works, renewal of the rear UPVC door & window to the kitchen & FED. Various external works. Property 2 'The project is to carry out a refurbishment of the property to bring it up to a Safe homes standard.
