GMCA 920 Gartan Software

The Gartan system provides a solution for GMFRS Operational staff rostering and all types of absence. It provides a mobile app for staff to access the system remotely. There are current system developments underway through the Gartan Phase 1 project aiming to achieve the enabling and giving our frontline managers more autonomy in planning rosters, supporting staff with annual leave and time off, crewing of appliances and the recording of overtime. This will lead to the removal of all ancillary systems and bringing paper-based administration under the Gartan system. Success will see all operational staff using one system for all time off and roster related activities, immediately accessible through mobile technology.
