Supported Housing for Families with Children

Description

Provision of supported housing for families with children - the delivery of specialist accommodation and support for families via a service model that provides supported housing for families, providing 40 units of accommodation under registered social landlords with additional housing related support, including education, social inclusion, health service identification and parenting skills. The provision within this contract aims to support families in temporary accommodation enabling them to move into settled accommodation and sustain any subsequent settled accommodation. The pilot of 40 units will allow the Council to undertake a full tender process, whilst also providing the necessary support to vulnerable families within the city.
