## Description

Medway Development Company on behalf of Medway Council wish to appoint a professional and experience contractor to supply and install decorative banners as specified and make enhancements to the former bus station area\. Including: planting, lighting, painting and road surfacing\. The Contract will be for an initial period of 6 months starting 1st March 2022, with an option to extend for a further period up to a total of 4 months\. The maximum contract term will therefore be 1 year\.
