## Description

This tender exercise is being undertaken to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to deliver five \(5\) transport studies of named issues within the borough of North East Lincolnshire and identify potential solutions\. There are currently a number of junctions in North East Lincolnshire which operate \(or are predicted to operate\) over their capacity\. There is a requirement to find a resolution for these congestion issues, as well as enable capacity for future growth within the highway network\.
