Consultancy for GP Resilience Programme

NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is developing an important programme of work locally, designed to provide bespoke and tailored support for five of our GP Practices, and learning from which can benefit Practices across our borough.

This programme of work is to support practice resilience, productivity sustainability and forward planning, and in turn improve outcomes in terms of reducing operational costs, saving practice time and improving local workforce morale.
