DIO/ES FCM Visual asset condition data

The Project is: Engaging support to collect Visual asset condition data for 7639 assets at a cost of approx. £3 175 000 in support of delivering full operating capability of the Facility Condition Management (FCM) Project for the DIO Maintained estate. This project sits within the Asset Management Programme and assists in making prioritised decisions against assets, as the condition of the estate must be monitored consistently and maintained to an agreed minimum standard, a key principle of the Infrastructure funding flows.
