SCC - KD - Design and Change Review Consultancy support for SCC

SCC requires a Supplier to work with us to set out what design and change capability we should be seeking to develop, how we achieve this in both the short and medium term, and how it should complement other disciplines and capabilities in teams. Your review should focus on the capabilities required in the Transformation and Strategic Commissioning teams plus related functions and internal networks across the council. The outcomes of the review will include proposals for senior capacity required and either endorse or challenge the existing structures.
