## Description

Kenmore Neighbourhood Resource Centre \(NRC\) provides day centre services for up to 44 adult social care clients that have a physical or learning disability\. The centre provides opportunities for socialisation as well as mental and physical stimulation through a varied programme of social and physical activities\. The proposal is to transfer the delivery of this service from the Council to a community management model\. This will involve undertaking an open, competitive selection process to identify a suitable organisation with the required skills and capacity to take on the management of the day care services\.
