The Energy Systems Catapult wishes to contract with an organisation capable of providing health, safety and environmental advice. It is not envisaged that the successful organisation will be embedded full-time within ESC, but rather will be available to deal with requests that are likely to be somewhat predictable in nature but less predictable in time. We are therefore proposing that a call-off contract may be the most suitable approach to meet our requirements.
