This Request for Quotation is for the delivery of a tool which will grid the input variables required for the calculation of PET and then calculate PET using the FAO 56 methodology\. The following information must be returned: • completed Pricing Schedule \(Appendix A and attached 04\_16\_SD03 PET Phase 2 Pricing Schedule\); • completed Prior Rights Schedule \(Appendix B\);• confirmation that terms and conditions are accepted \(Appendix C - Please note that the terms cannot be amended later\); • completed questions in Appendix D\.• CVs of your key personnel
