To install summer planting as per the schedule provided. To maintain with watering summer planting. To remove summer planting when out of season and clear beds. To install winter planting as per the schedule provided. To maintain winter planting. To remove winter planting when out of season and clear beds. To maintain with watering and clearance of weeds and growth the perennial planting. To repeat the process for five years. Public liability of at least ten million required. Please price annually. An up to 5% uplift on the contract value per year will be considered. Please indicate your annual uplift in the comments section of the bidding documents.
