To maintain with watering and clearance of weeds and growth the perennial planting. To repeat the process for five years. Public liability of at least ten million required.

Please price annually. An up to 5% uplift on the contract value per year will be considered. Please indicate your annual uplift in the comments section of the bidding documents.
