## Description

PCH is looking for a HR, Payroll, Self Service and Talent Management system\. The system must be securely supplier/cloud hosted, incorporate comprehensive work flow and feature a contemporary UI working across multiple platforms and devices\. The HR system must work in conjunction with the payroll system allowing on boarding and full HR casework management supported by workflow\.
