Headstart Kernow

HeadStart Kernow is a Big Lottery funded programme with the aim of \"ensuring the emotional wellbeing and mental health of all children and young people is improved because they can easily access the right support when they need it\"

Developing the existing school and community workforce is a significant element of the programme designed to effect system change and improve the outcomes for children. This procurement activity will provide that training and the system to support it.
