## Description

DWP are putting in place a delivery service for DWP Citizen Residency under a zero commitment to spend call-off contract\. This agreement is to provide a delivery service which will provide application development, maintenance, architecture, business analysis, content and interactive design and QA services to deliver and support the Keeping Customer Interactions Safe \(KCIS\) DWP Application Product\. Deliverables will be agreed on a per Statement of Work basis\.
