NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 July 2024 for the following reason: Deadline to respond extended from 17/7/24 \(10am\) to 26/7/24 \(4pm\)\(Rebound goal to the Silver End Memorial Gardens\. The Council is seeking to enter a contract with a suitably qualified contractor to relay the existing York stone paved pathways, carry out any necessary repairs on the low brick wall within the sunken rose garden, and install a rebound goal and surfacing\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
