The Authority requires a Supplier to support its work to integrate the legally and operationally independent South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (PTE) into the Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA), creating a single merged organisation (and supporting officer body) covering Economic Development, Strategic Transport and Operational Transport.
