The Authority requires a Supplier to support its work to integrate the legally and operationally independent South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive \(PTE\) into the Mayoral Combined Authority \(MCA\), creating a single merged organisation \(and supporting officer body\) covering Economic Development, Strategic Transport and Operational Transport\.
