Work description
Clarion Housing Group requires a contractor to provide estate cleaning and window cleaning services in the West Midlands area. The scope of the requirement covers 84 sites of General Needs or Homes for Older People Schemes (HOPS) and includes, amongst other requirements, communal areas, stairwells, chutes, bin stores, external areas and lights.
