Thirteen - Laburnum & Hawthorne Roof Replacement 2018-19

Description

Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out a Roof Replacement Programme to various properties within the Laburnum and Hawthorn area, Thornaby. The works include for the erection of scaffold, stripping off existing roof coverings and replacing roof coverings with new together with associated works to approximately 120 properties. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
