Responsive Repairs to Corporate Properties and Schools

Reading Borough Council wish to procure the services of a contractor to undertake the day-to-day responsive repairs to corporate properties and schools. The Contract will cover approximately 224 corporate properties / schools / assets across the Borough. The service will include the provision of an emergency call-out service 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The proposed contract will be for an initial period of five (5) years commencing in March 2017, with an option to extend for a further two year extension. Invitations to Tender are expected to be issued in the week commencing 3 October. The deadline for submissions of PQQs is 19 September 2016.
