## Description

Winchester City Council \(the 'Council'\) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisationto provide building services engineering design for a new sport and leisure facility in Winchester\. The sportand leisure facility has an estimated construction value of circa 30 000 000 GBP and forms part of a widersports park\. It will include \(subject always to feasibility and financial viability\) a 50 m swimming pool togetherwith ancillary wet and dry facilities\. The proposed facility is situated on a greenfield site on the edge of the Cityof Winchester adjacent to residential areas and the M3 motorway near the South Downs\.
