5.1 In order to provide better training, communications and policy support (some of which has already been put in place), there need to be efficiencies in other areas in order for the Secretariat to remain within a reasonable funding envelope. Simplifying line management chains, mapping of existing role profiles against current need, and digitisation of administrative processes will all need to be considered as part of this work.
