Water Mains Replacement

Thurrock Council has a housing stock of over 9,000 properties as a mixture of dwellings including high rise, low rise and individual houses and bungalows. This contract establishes a single contractor to deliver the programme of replacement of incoming water supply pipe work servicing buildings and dwellings, associated remedial works within the housing stock and also includes some additional specialist drainage repairs, rain water pipes and soakaways to housing dwellings and assets as required.
