WHA Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPS)

Description

To provide WHA with a call-off contract to procure services in relation to carrying out PCFRAs and Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (called an Emergency Evacuation Plan in this document) in line with the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025. The services will be delivered to WHA Specified Residential Buildings located across nine south London boroughs.
