GB-London: Behavioural Insights programme Reducing energy usage amongst homeowners consortium

The supplier will work with a consortium of councils to run a behavioural insights trial between July 2022 to March 2023. The consortium will consist of nine councils and the behavioural challenge will focus on reducing energy usage amongst low to middle income homeowners.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
