Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Pilot G-Cloud 12 call off

The purpose of the pilot is to test the deployment of RPA in financial assessment of the Adult Social Care unit. The Financial Assessment Team comprise of 3 assessors, one administrative officer and a manager.\r The Adult Social Care unit covers work across the Merton Council and Financial Assessment team can receive a referral for financial assessment of a particular client from the Adult Social Care team (Social Workers, First Response team, Reablement team), hospitals and also a request from the client (service user) themselves, or from their family member, as such a provider with strong customer experience acumen is important.
