## Description

The purpose of the pilot is to test the deployment of RPA in financial assessment of the Adult Social Care unit\. The Financial Assessment Team comprise of 3 assessors, one administrative officer and a manager\.\\r The Adult Social Care unit covers work across the Merton Council and Financial Assessment team can receive a referral for financial assessment of a particular client from the Adult Social Care team \(Social Workers, First Response team, Reablement team\), hospitals and also a request from the client \(service user\) themselves, or from their family member, as such a provider with strong customer experience acumen is important\.
