## Description

A number of technology organisations were approached who specialise in the development of managed data services including the design, build and implementation of Data Lakes/Warehouses\. Each organisation was sent the same work package outlining the data environment requirements data environment with the use case of case management for CRM data \(both historic QL and new iPC\)\.
