The DfT collects Transport data from bus operators and local authorities via secure web-based surveys\.Statistics Travel and Safety \(STS\) division of The Authority has responsibility for the collection of data and provision of statistical analysis and advice on a wide range of topics related to personal travel including buses, taxis and disabled parking\.
