## Description

x3 off Vertical Pull Frames to enhance our testing capability as we are moving to a pull down methodology of testing blades, we have x5 off Vertical Pull Frames already but we own x7 off winches so this will allow a Vertical Pull Frame for each winch and a spare frame\.
