## Description

Derbyshire County Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to a Short Term Traffic Signals Maintenance Contract relating to locations throughout the County\. Service Delivery includes the provision of: 1\) Maintenance of all Derbyshire County \(the Purchaser\) traffic signal junctions, Cycle / Pedestrian and Equestrian Crossings; 2\) Site attendance for fault identification and rectification; 3\) Full fault repair and replacement service, other than items detailed as having a back to base warranty; 4\) Out of Hours fault cover as detailed in this Tender; 5\) Site attendance to perform temporary switch off and bagging of traffic signals to accommodate third party works; 6\) Modification to existing Purchaser traffic control equipment\.
