The PSGA programme is tasked with delivering the PSGA contract outlined above. Given the complex nature of this programme in terms of both internal and external affected parties, delivering clear and effective communications forms a key success factor. This Communications activity will sit as part of the Business Readiness Project, supporting the wider PSGA programme whist facilitating the delivery of this existing communications activity into Business-as-Usual operations.
