CBC-0986-FC-15-SR Viability Assessment Review - Land Adjacent Taymer Nursing Home - AWARD

Central Bedfordshire Council requires consultant(s) to provide an independent review of a Viability Assessment that has been submitted to support planning application CB/21/03406/OUT.

The applicant asserts that the scheme cannot provide 30% affordable housing as well as the request for s106 contributions/financial mitigations to infrastructure as the request in total would make the scheme unviable.

The Council seeks a review of the applicant's viability assessment to determine whether the position as set out by the applicant is correct.

The Council will provide as much support and information as it can in order to help guide you through the Tender process. Questions asked together with the Council's response will be made available to all tenderers to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. The deadline for seeking clarification is 12:00 noon on Monday 18 October 2021.

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "In-tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on Monday 25 October 2021. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
