Senior Project Manager for Birkenhead Flyover removals - Call off Lot 4 - Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy

We will be looking for the Senior PM to finalise legals with Wirral (please note the s278 process has already been started in anticipation) and other partners. Project manage the whole scheme, liaise with both Merseytravel and Wirral, work through approvals, manage project liaison meetings (steering group & operation delivery) Conservation/planning/landowners etc provide monthly PMO reports on assurance and oversee the construction/Demolition works from start to finish. The target date for completion is December 2022, however the contract will have the option to extend for a further year.
