Refurbishment of existing 1970's single storey traditional brick/block flat-roofed council office building located within South Shields. Internally, strip out non-structural finishes, staff kitchen, female washroom & M&E items. Upgrade acoustic properties to internal meeting rooms. New M&E and network data installations throughout. All spaces to receive new ceilings, floor coverings and decoration.
