Online dashboard of digital developments of competitor retail savings organisations

National Saving and Investments (NS&I) is seeking to procure a cloud based online service to deliver expert market and competitor insights surrounding digital developments in the retail financial services digital arena and acquire expert insight and knowledge into NS&I's retail financial services competitors and the wider market's digital initiatives.

It is envisaged that the requirements will include (1) the preparation and delivery of a monthly report/bulletin containing details of the most significant developments in the area of digital retail financial services. The aim of the report being to ensure that the NS&I Competitor Intelligence team are kept up to date with all digital developments in the retail financial services sector, both in the United Kingdom and worldwide, (2) the presentation of a savings and mobile device innovation tracker to NS&I colleagues at the London head office. It is expected that this will include the updating and presentation each quarter of a dashboard of retail financial services competitors' initiatives, highlighting the latest trends and developments within the scope of digital retail financial services, (3) insight by the service provider on specific research topics. For example, this could be information on the type of authentication channels that retail banks use and (4) ad-hoc assistance on light questions/queries to help clarify these insights.

Additional information: The figure of £78,000 entered in the lowest contract value field in section 1 is an estimate of the total contract value based on an agreement, renewable annually, over a period of two years.
