Liverpool City Region - Mobile coverage surveys/mapping

Description

LCRCA recognises the need to develop an accurate understanding of 5G coverage and capacity across the City Region, in order to: - Enable end-users to select the product(s) which best suits their need. - Inform discussions with infrastructure providers/MNOs regarding how to address capacity deficiencies. - Enable LCRCA and partner organisations to understand effectiveness of 5G enabled use-cases/applications. It is therefore intended to procure a supplier to undertake coverage (i.e. signal strength) and capacity (i.e. speed experienced by user) surveys of the UK's four mobile networks across Liverpool City Region. Data will be available to the public via the supplier's internet based mapping solution. LCRCA will also receive the raw data for inclusion in GIS and to conduct analysis
